Christopher Peter Meloni was an American actor best famous for his role on the popular TV show Law & Order Special Victims Unit'. While at college Christopher Meloni has always been fascinated by the world of acting. He pursued a degree in acting at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While he was active in film and TV, his roles on the smaller screen are what brought him much popularity. The actor is able to portray characters of both good and bad side that are part of our legal system. He can attract the attention of his audience with ease. He was the voice of a serial killer on the first TV series he appeared in however he later chose to play the role as an NYPD detective. The small screen performances of his are rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards. The most striking of his facial features is said to be his piercing blue eye that has been instrumental in his portrayal of characters that have a rough, charismatic look.
