Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples, an American actor and performer from America. Most famously, she is known for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). She also played the main role Jerrica Jem Betnton in the film Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She has a younger sister Ally. While growing up Aubrey was a part of The Orlando Repertory Theatre for ten years. Her graduation from Lake Mary Preparatory School was an address to the class' valedictory in 2012. Harvard University was willing to accept her. But, she declined the invitation twice. It was the second time that it was due to the fact that she wanted to perform in Nashville. Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and also had regular roles in Necessary Roughness (1991). She was seen in TV films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective and The Good Mother. She was a major player in the Nashville series, where she appeared as Layla Grant. In 2019, Peeples spoke about her bipolar disorder during an interview in NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples at the end of September as among the nation's top young actors.
